1. Stores & Places Vocabulary: Masculine, Feminine, or Plural?

Write “le”, “la”, “l’”, or “les” plus the French noun for each place (type the correct article and noun in French):

3. Translate and Identify Gender

Translate and say if the noun is masculine (M), feminine (F), or plural (P):

4. Writing Challenge

List 5 masculine and 5 feminine places or stores (in French, with articles).

Notes:

Gender hints: Many places are masculine (le parc, le musée, le centre commercial), but some are feminine (la bibliothèque, la plage, la piscine). Plurals use “les”.

Partitives: Use “au/à la/aux” for “to the” (au parc, à la plage, aux magasins).

Plural alert: Les magasins (shops), les musées (museums), les parcs (parks) are plural.
