1. Fruit Vocabulary: Masculine or Feminine?
Write “le”, “la”, or “les” for each fruit noun (type the correct article and noun in French):

Translate and say if the noun is masculine (M), feminine (F), or plural (P):

4. Writing Challenge
List 5 masculine fruit nouns and 5 feminine fruit nouns (in French, with articles).
Notes:
Gender hints: Many fruit nouns are feminine (la pomme, la banane, la fraise), but some are masculine (le citron, l’ananas). Plurals use “les”.
Partitives: Use du/de la for “some” (du raisin, de la pastèque).
Plural alert: Les raisins (grapes), les cerises (cherries), les bananes (bananas) are plural.
